  • What can I expect in a coaching session?
    Coaching sessions are dedicated time between you and your coach to discuss way to help you achieving your goals. Coaching sessions will vary based on an individual's needs or goals. We will always start with a consultation meeting, then an introduction session, and then set up additional sessions from there as needed.
  • How long is a coaching session?
    A typical coaching session is anywhere from 45-50 minutes. The introduction session may be longer as we will be going through an intake form for your coach to gather information about you.
  • What is an introduction session?
    An introduction session is where your coach will ask you a series of questions about your life and your goals in order to curate an action plan for you.
  • Can I take a yoga session with you if I am already a coaching client?
    Yes! Existing clients have the opportunity to add-on private yoga sessions, at a discounted rate, to supplement their coaching.
  • I've never done yoga before, what can I expect?
    Yoga is accessible to everyone. Classes are modified based on the client needs and experience. Classes range from beginner to challenging.
  • Do you offer small group yoga sessions?
    Yes. I offer individual private and small group yoga sessions for up to 6 people.
  • What do I need to practice yoga?
    You will need a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a yoga strap. The latter are tools that are great to utilize in your practice, especially as a beginner. And of course, come with a positive mindset. Everyone will have a different yoga experience and it is important to not let ego get in the way.
  • I'm injured, can I still practice yoga?
    It is always best to listen to your body and the advice from your medical professionals. It is best advised to get medical clearance prior to starting yoga.
  • I'm experiencing pain when I practice yoga, what should I do?
    Always listen to your body. You should never experience pain or discomfort when practicing yoga. If you are, speak with your instructor prior to starting a session and be transparent about your physical needs. Yoga flows can be created to cater to your specific needs. Also ensure that you seek the proper medical attention from a medical professional if needed to ensure it's nothing serious.
