Owner & Founder

Kayla

Meet Kayla - owner and founder of Live Inspired Wellness, a certified yoga instructor and holistic life coach who is deeply passionate about helping others slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create lives that feel more balanced and aligned.

Her work centers on reducing stress and supporting mental wellness through yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and personal growth practices that encourage healing and lasting change.

Kayla creates retreats that are about slowing down, feeling supported, and reconnecting with yourself through movement, mindful practices, nourishing food, and time in nature.

Fun Fact: I have 5 dogs, 2 Dobermans + 3 Frenchies. I love the beach and photography.

Tiffany

Meet Tiffany - a yoga instructor and retreat guide who has been practicing yoga for most of her life. She completed her YTT in Bali in 2023, an experience that deeply shaped her connection to movement, mindfulness, and the power of intentional travel.

Tiffany co-hosted a transformative yoga retreat in Tulum, where her passion for creating meaningful, heart-centered experiences truly came to life. She loves guiding retreats as a way to slow down, build genuine community, and hold space for rest, reflection, and joy — all in beautiful, inspiring locations.

With warmth and ease, Tiffany invites you to come as you are, move with intention, and experience the magic that unfolds when we step away from everyday life and into connection — with ourselves and each other.

Fun Fact: I've has been sky diving, not once, but TWICE!

Yoga Instructor & Health Coach

Mariam

Meet Mariam — a Yoga Alliance–certified RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and YACEP with 15 years of practice and over a decade of teaching experience. My classes blend strength + softness, mindful movement, and nervous-system support, so you leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.

Beyond the mat, I’m a Certified Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, currently on the path toward becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I offer private and group coaching for women looking to feel more balanced, energized, and nourished in their day-to-day.

Fun Fact: I moonlight as a commercial actress . When I’m off the clock, I’m a traveler at heart with a soft spot for dogs, mountain air and ocean views, shared meals, and a great glass of wine.
